6. Project Presentations Guidelines
D. Corman, purposes that that presentations should have no more than 15 minutes.
M. Hamman, we should have some flexibility to move for a longer presentation time.
C. Mooney, think that the guidelines should also be open to accommodate project sponsors with less resources than others. ie. Having power point presentations, handouts, etc.
M. Hamman, would like the guidelines to be more helpful by adding the guidelines and like Staff from City Administrator Office’s to be timekeeper.
J. Rollins, would like to suggest presentations can go up to 15 minutes for presentation and 15 minutes for questions.
M. Hamman, would like to have a way to extend the presentation time longer if the project is more complex. Would like to see it as a guideline handed to the project sponsors.

M. Hamman, why is it such a large unit for a single family unit?
Tim Ho, CAO, Jeffrey Speirs mentioned that there was an error on the notice; it is a 2 unit family dwelling home and not a single unit family dwelling.
